Kanbol Harvest Table Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Kanbol, Inc., 125 Caldwell St, Auburn, KY 42206 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The giveaway starts October 19, 2026 when the giveaway post is published and ends November 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. Follow @kanbol on Instagram or Facebook and comment on the giveaway post with a photo or description of your favorite fall decoration, or where you saw it (one entry). Bonus entry: share a photo in your Instagram Story tagging @kanbol and using #KanbolHarvestTable (one additional entry). Maximum two entries per person. Entries made by automated means are void.

5. Prizes. Ten (10) winners will each receive one pack of 25 Kanbol 32oz compostable bowls, shipped free. Approximate retail value (ARV): $15 per prize, including shipping. Total ARV of all prizes: $150. Limit one prize per person and household. No cash or substitute prizes, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection. Ten winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification. Winners will be notified by direct message and must reply with a shipping address within 48 hours. If a winner doesn't, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Entry content. By entering, you confirm the photo is yours and appropriate, and you allow Sponsor to repost your entry on its social channels with credit to your handle. Sponsor may disqualify entries it considers offensive or off-topic.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winners agree Sponsor may use their first names or handles to announce the winners.

10. Release. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury or loss related to the giveaway or the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for technical problems.

11. Platform release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability.

12. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

13. Privacy. Information collected is used only to run the giveaway and ship the prizes.

14. Winners' names. To request the winners' first names, write to Sponsor at the address above by December 31, 2026.
